Manage daily ecommerce operations on online stores.
Manage product listings, pricing, inventory and promotions.
Handle Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other online platforms.
Plan and execute online marketing and social media campaigns.
Monitor sales performance and improve online sales.
Handle customer inquiries, orders and after-sales support.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and retail teams.
Develop and execute ecommerce sales strategies.
Perform other related ad-hoc duties.
