Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd's client, a Singapore-based food manufacturer and distributor, is hiring an E-Commerce Executive to support and grow online channels. You will manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, online accounts, digital marketing, live-streaming initiatives and O2O promotions.

You should hold a Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related field and 1–2 years in e-commerce or digital marketing, with knowledge of SEO and basic HTML.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of SEO (Search engine optimisation) and basic HTML.
• Experience or knowledge in marketing, e-commerce and website content updates would be advantageous.
• Creative with good marketing ideation and an interest in digital and e-commerce trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support day-to-day e-commerce operations and online sales platforms.
• Manage new and existing online supermarket and retail accounts.
• Handle e-commerce enquiries and support the overall online customer experience.
• Maintain e-commerce technology and infrastructure, including integration of plugins and third-party software.
• Enhance the user interface (UI), customer shopping experience and internal order fulfilment processes.
• Collate and analyse information to generate data-driven commercial insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders and business partners on e-commerce initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategic communications and digital marketing campaigns for online-to-offline (O2O) promotions.
• Coordinate e-advertising, roadshows, events and promotional programmes.
• Identify and develop relationships with bloggers, influencers and other relevant partners.
• Track media activities and stay updated on marketing trends, digital innovations and relevant media regulations.
• Manage and monitor marketing expenses in accordance with allocated budgets.
• Co-host live-streaming sessions and develop show content in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Manage multiple projects and other e-commerce initiatives as required.
