The role focuses on optimizing ROI across digital channels and coordinating with performance marketing partners to drive growth.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, with hands-on experience on major marketplaces and content localization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce or online sales conversion.
• Experience in SEO/SEM, paid advertising, social media growth and content planning.
• Strong ability to analyse marketing KPIs and optimise campaigns based on ROI.
• Hands-on experience with Shopee and Lazada Seller Centres, or similar platforms.
• Comfortable managing both strategic planning and day-to-day execution.
• Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances or retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage online marketing channels to improve marketing ROI and lead conversion.
• Lead digital marketing and brand communications (70%) and online sales operations (30%).
• Monitor inbound inquiries via website and social channels and convert leads into sales.
• Manage ecommerce marketplaces and brand mall operations.
• Set up and execute digital sales campaigns and platform promotions to optimize conversion rates.
