Job summary

Talent Trader Group in Singapore is seeking an energetic E-commerce Operations professional to drive brand.com sales and profitability. You will develop and execute ecommerce strategies, collaborate with marketing on campaigns, and ensure a seamless online buying journey for customers.

You have 2–3 years of e-commerce operations experience (FMCG preferred) and a background in digital marketing or marketing/digital marketing.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of e-commerce operations experience, preferably FMCG
• Bachelor or Diploma in Marketing/Digital Marketing or equivalent
• Experience in managing brand.com e-commerce operations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive company brand.com ecommerce sales and profitability
• Develop and execute ecommerce strategy and campaigns with marketing
• Attend to customers' online sales enquiries and feedback
• Collaborate with logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
• Monitor performance and webpage enhancements
• Assist in developing and improving SOPs
