Job summary

WOW STAFFING is seeking a motivated Client Acquisition Executive in Singapore to identify prospective corporate clients, generate new business opportunities and build relationships with organizations needing recruitment and talent solutions.

You will lead client acquisition, create and qualify leads, and collaborate with the recruitment team to tailor proposals and close opportunities. A diploma or degree in a related field, plus strong communication and networking skills, is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources or related.
• Relevant experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, recruitment, staffing or account management will be an advantage.
• Strong interest in developing new business and building corporate relationships.
• Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting and engaging new clients.
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Confident, proactive and comfortable speaking with business owners, HR professionals and hiring managers.
• Strong follow-up and organisational skills.
• Results-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential corporate clients across industries.
• Generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking and referrals.
• Qualify leads and assess potential business opportunities.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective corporate clients and coordinate with recruitment teams.
