MACRO EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Business Development Consultant in Singapore to drive growth, manage client relationships, coordinate recruitment activities, and provide HR consultancy services across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or related field.
• CEI Certification preferred for recruitment-related responsibilities.

• Self-motivated, organised and able to learn independently.
• Familiarity with recruitment, sales, customer service or business development processes is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Promote recruitment and HR consultancy services
• Support company business expansion initiatives

Recruitment & HR Coordination

• Assist with recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination
• Support onboarding and placement processes
• Maintain proper recruitment documentation and records
• Coordinate with clients and candidates professionally

Marketing & Client Engagement

• Conduct outreach through social media, email marketing, networking, and business meetings
• Support marketing and branding activities
• Enhance company visibility and client engagement

Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate client and candidate records
• Support operational and coordination activities
• Prepare basic reports and follow-up updates when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or related disciplines preferred
• CEI Certification is preferred for recruitment-related responsibilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organised, and willing to learn
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships professionally
• Familiarity with recruitment, sales, customer service, or business development processes is advantageous
• Basic knowledge of digital communication and social media platforms is a plus
