EPOS in Singapore seeks a Performance & Demand Generation Manager to drive paid media, lead generation, and customer acquisition. This hands-on role owns performance with a focus on funnel optimization, experimentation, and data-led decision making to boost pipeline and revenue.

You will collaborate with Business Development and Marketing to plan and test acquisition initiatives, optimize landing pages and campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other channels, and translate data

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation or growth marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads with ownership of lead generation campaigns and budgets.
• Experience using CRM, analytics or marketing automation platforms; ability to translate data into decisions.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute Singapore demand generation initiatives aligned with business priorities and targets.
• Manage and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube and other channels.
• Monitor the acquisition funnel from lead generation through qualification and conversion; optimise landing pages and forms.
• Track and report lead volume, marketing-qualified leads, cost per lead and CAC; run structured experiments to improve performance.
• Collaborate with Senior Marketing Manager, Business Development, Creative and Product teams to deliver Singapore acquisition priorities.
