Job summary

Income-Insurance-Limited is seeking a seasoned business development professional to support growth initiatives, sales advisory processes, and operational activities. You will help manage campaigns, assist with new business submissions, and participate in coaching and verification tasks for Enhanced Monitoring.

The role requires a degree in business/marketing/finance and 5–8 years in related fields, with strong analytical and coordination skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with coordinating multiple campaigns and growth initiatives.
• Familiarity with financial services or insurance-related processes is advantageous.
• Ability to manage fast-paced operational matters with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor campaigns that drive business plans and growth strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of sales advisory processes and assist with new business submissions.
• Support EM-related tasks, including coaching sessions and document submission timelines.
• Ensure timely rectification of document-related findings in EM processes.
• Assist in feedback on marketing materials and campaign effectiveness.
• Contribute to campaign papers supporting growth and recruitment initiatives.
• Verify Accredited Investor status and supporting documentation at a basic level.
• Support team initiatives through special projects and ad-hoc assignments.
• Assist head of department in corporate projects and cross-functional engagements.
