Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in business development, sales support, distribution management, financial advisory, or insurance-related functions.
• Familiarity with financial services and advisory processes, including regulatory and compliance requirements, is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, initiatives, and operational matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Team player with a proactive mindset and willingness to support ad-hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor campaigns that drive business plans and growth strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of internal sales advisory processes; resolve queries and facilitate new business submissions.
• Assist the Senior BDM in EM-related tasks, including coaching sessions and meeting observations.
• Ensure reps rectify EM document-related findings promptly.
• Assist in feedback on marketing materials and campaign effectiveness.
• Help develop campaign papers to support growth and recruitment initiatives.
• Support verification of Accredited Investor status and supporting documents.
• Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc assignments.
• Assist Head of Department in corporate projects and cross-functional engagements.
