Job summary

Hegen is seeking a Trade Marketing Executive to drive in-store execution and retail partnerships across Singapore. You will coordinate campaigns, product launches, and retail activations while supporting commercial objectives and operational excellence.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, engaging in on-ground trade events, store visits, and merchandising efforts to grow the brand and deliver impactful customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• Early-career professionals with FMCG or retail trade marketing exposure; internships welcome.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Meticulous, analytical, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of trade marketing plans aligned with brand and sales objectives.
• Coordinate trade activations and store visits to assess brand positioning.
• Develop trade marketing materials (POSM, decks, assets) and track ROI.
• Build relationships with key retail partners and support market analysis.
