Job summary

Gprnt is seeking a Head of Strategy & Corporate Development in Singapore to design and build the company's strategic, operational and governance infrastructure. You will partner with the CEO to shape the capital strategy during Series A and implement scalable operating models to power regional and global growth.

You'll lead fundraising, governance, and cross-functional execution while aligning leadership on objectives and accountability. This role targets future COO/GM leadership and impact.

Qualifications

• You're a system builder who designs processes, not just uses them.
• You translate vision into structured plans with measurable goals.
• You maintain discipline and governance across scale.
• You have hands-on fundraising experience, ideally Series A+.
• You work across functions with clear communication and influence.
• You bring commercial, strategic judgment and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising and capital strategy from planning through close.
• Design scalable operating models, governance and processes.
• Build investor materials, cap table plans and cadence with boards.
• Own company-wide planning: annual objectives and quarterly priorities.
• Develop partnerships and strategic initiatives as the business grows.
• Establish governance and reporting to ensure accountability.
• Coordinate across teams to align decisions and execution.
• Prepare for eventual COO/GM-level leadership with scalable systems.
