Qualifications

• 15 to 20+ years in real estate, digital infra, telecommunications, or mission-critical data centre environments.
• Senior management/C-suite experience.
• Deep understanding of corporate finance and investment management principles.
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business, Commerce, Property, or Applied Finance.
• Strong regional/global stakeholder, investor, and vendor networks.
• Proven track record in strategic planning and governance under high-pressure conditions.

Responsibilities

• Shape multi-year business plans for market expansion, new-build developments, and acquisitions.
• Lead high-level negotiations with cloud, enterprise, and AI service providers.
• Secure funding and manage budgets with investors and financial stakeholders.
