Job description

Are you ready to build the operating and capital engine behind one of Singapore's fastest-growing green fintechs?

We're building the strategic and operational infrastructure for one of Singapore's fastest-growing green fintechs, from scratch. This isn't a role for someone who wants to maintain what exists. It's for someone who wants to design and build what doesn't exist yet.

As we continue scaling the business and progress through an active Series A fundraising process, we're looking for an exceptional Head of Strategy & Corporate Development to help build the organisational foundations that will power Gprnt's (pronounced "Greenprint"), next phase of growth.

This isn't a maintenance role. It's a construction role. We're looking for someone to build and implement the company’s strategic, operational and governance infrastructure. You'll design the systems, processes, governance frameworks and operating rhythms that enable the management team and wider organisation to execute with greater speed, clarity and discipline.

You'll also work directly alongside the CEO to help lead Gprnt's ongoing Series A fundraising process, shape our long-term capital strategy, and build the repeatable investor and governance infrastructure that supports the company not just through this round, but the years that follow.

Working closely with the CEO, Head of Finance, and leadership team, you'll translate strategy into execution by connecting fundraising, operations, governance and corporate strategy into a coherent operating model capable of powering sustained regional and global growth.

This role is designed for someone who sees themselves eventually becoming a COO, GM or business leader – someone excited not merely by running a function, but by helping to build and scale an entire company. If you're energised by building from the ground up and bringing structure to complexity – we'd love to meet you.

What You’ll Do
Lead fundraising and capital strategy
  • Partner the CEO to lead Gprnt's ongoing Series A fundraising process through to deal close.
  • Help shape investor narrative, fundraising strategy and capital planning to ensure alignment with Gprnt's long-term objectives.
  • Identify and engage investors whose capital, networks and strategic value best support the company's growth ambitions.
  • Work closely with the CEO, Head of Finance and external advisors to build and enact the fundraising framework and workback schedule.
  • Support valuation discussions, term sheet negotiations, transaction structuring and cap table planning alongside management and advisors.
  • Manage timelines, milestones and action items to maintain momentum throughout the investment process.
  • Build the repeatable fundraise infrastructure, investor materials and operating disciplines that support future financing rounds.
  • Support post-investment integration and organisational readiness as the company enters its next phase of growth.
Build the operational backbone
  • Design, implement and continuously improve scalable organisational structures, operational processes, governance frameworks, resource plans, and internal systems that improve organisational effectiveness and execution.
  • Establish practical policies, documentation standards and decision-making frameworks that balance startup agility with operational discipline.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, remove bottlenecks and strengthen the company's operational resilience as it scales.
  • Evaluate and implement tools, technologies and operating systems that improve visibility, productivity and organisational performance.
Drive strategy and execution
  • Own the strategy and operations function end-to-end, with direct accountability for building the systems that enable the CEO and leadership team to execute.
  • Lead company-wide planning processes, including annual objectives, quarterly priorities and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop, recommend, and where appropriate drive strategic efforts on market positioning, capital strategy and organisation design.
  • Support evaluation of strategic partnerships, market expansion opportunities and other corporate development initiatives as the business evolves.
  • Develop mechanisms to track organisational performance, improve accountability and execution discipline, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and ensure timely execution of key priorities.
Strengthen governance and investor relations
  • Lead the planning and coordination of Gprnt's Board meetings, including agenda-setting, preparation of Board materials, meeting logistics, minutes and tracking of follow-up actions.
  • Support shareholder communications, investor reporting and ongoing engagement with existing and prospective investors.
  • Build the governance calendar and compliance infrastructure replete with AGM processes, statutory filings, shareholder approvals and related corporate governance requirements, in partnership with external corporate secretarial providers.
  • Maintain oversight of the company's governance records, resolutions and capital structure documentation.
Coordinate across the organisation
  • Build the structural framework that ensures every function moves in the same direction — not by being the messenger, but by designing how information, decisions and accountability flow through the organisation.
  • Design the communication and decision-making frameworks that enable effective communication and collaboration across the organisation.
  • Design the leadership meeting cadence and decision framework to instill strong governance, accountability and follow-through.
  • Help shape Gprnt's culture by embedding processes that reinforce accountability, collaboration and high performance.
What Makes You The Right Fit?
  • You're a System Builder: You don't just inherit and execute within existing processes. You design the processes themselves: operating models, governance structures, organisational processes – from first principles. You've built something from nothing before and watched it outlast you.
  • You're Strategic: You naturally connect day-to-day execution with long-term business outcomes. You enjoy translating ambitious visions into structured plans, measurable objectives and coordinated delivery across multiple teams. You bring independent judgement, commercial thinking and intellectual curiosity to strategic discussions.
  • You're Operationally Excellent: You're highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously without losing sight of the bigger picture. You bring order to complexity and execute with discipline.
  • You've Raised Capital: Hands-on fundraising experience is essential. You’ve built or have played a critical role in venture fundraising processes – ideally through a Series A or later stage – and are comfortable working directly with founders, investors and advisors. You understand investor expectations, due diligence processes, fundraising timelines, and the operational discipline required to successfully execute a capital raise.
  • You’re Commercially Sophisticated: You understand how investors, boards and senior management teams think and make decisions. You are comfortable engaging with topics such as business models, market sizing, capital allocation, fundraising strategy and growth planning.
  • You're Collaborative: You excel at working across functions, building trusted relationships and aligning diverse stakeholders around common goals. You communicate clearly, influence effectively and enjoy solving problems collectively.
  • You're Experienced: You have at least 7-10 years of experience spanning strategy, operations, consulting, corporate development, programme management or similar functions, with demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • You're Mission-driven: Experience or passion in sustainability, climate tech, fintech and/or digital infrastructure is a bonus. You're excited by the opportunity to help build technology that enables businesses worldwide to unlock economic value through sustainability.
  • You’ve Done Time in a Startup: Experience operating within a high-growth startup or venture-backed company is highly valued. You understand the realities of scaling organisations where priorities evolve rapidly, resources are constrained, and leaders are expected to build as they execute.
Why Join Gprnt?

At Gprnt, we're transforming how businesses measure, disclose and unlock value from sustainability through cutting-edge technology. Born out of the Monetary Authority of Singapore's (MAS') Project Greenprint, we're building digital infrastructure that helps businesses worldwide unlock trusted sustainability data, simplify sustainability reporting, strengthen transition planning and access new financing and commercial opportunities through an open, interoperable platform.

Joining Gprnt means becoming part of a high-performing team that combines public-sector credibility with startup ambition. We work alongside governments, financial institutions, corporates and ecosystem partners to develop solutions that help businesses participate more effectively in the green economy.

As our Head of Strategy & Corporate Development, you'll have a rare opportunity to shape not just a function, but the company itself. You'll work directly alongside the CEO and leadership team during one of the most important chapters in Gprnt's journey – building the operational foundations that support our Series A fundraising, regional expansion and long-term growth. This is a role for someone who wants to build. Every system you create, every process you strengthen, and every strategic initiative you help deliver – will have a direct and lasting impact on how Gprnt scales in the years ahead. If you're looking for a role where strategy meets execution, where your work directly influences the trajectory of a fast-growing company, and where you'll help build the organisation behind one of Asia's most ambitious green fintechs, we'd love to hear from you.
