Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Drive strategies for sustainable revenue and profit growth.
• Leadership: Lead and develop the management team; empower managers and drive cross-functional collaboration; lead regional initiatives as required.
• Customer & Market Growth: Drive customer value, market share, and new business growth; strengthen key client and partner relationships.
• Operations: Oversee P&L, operational efficiency, and service quality; improve processes and mitigate business risks.
