Adecco is partnering with a public sector organization to recruit a Senior Manager, Enterprise Transformation & Growth Advisory in Singapore. The role focuses on architecting scale across a diverse portfolio, diagnosing bottlenecks, and building non-traditional partnerships with industry, government, and academia to unlock impact.

Qualifications

• Over 8 years' experience, including at least 4 years building a segmented growth or engagement strategy across a diverse portfolio.
• Proven track record building ecosystem partnerships at senior level (MOUs, strategic alliances, or multi-stakeholder coalitions).
• Comfortable serving as a horizontal influencer without direct delivery authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth strategy practice and architect scale for organisation-wide transformation engagements.
• Own client portfolio growth strategy, diagnose bottlenecks, prioritise segments, and identify growth opportunities across a diverse client book.
• Design and pilot new growth programmes, testing anchor-led and ecosystem-driven initiatives and scaling successful ones.
• Mobilise delivery teams and leverage insights from enablement without direct delivery ownership.
• Build and manage non-traditional strategic partnerships with trade associations, multinational clients, and academic bodies.
• Drive thought leadership and external representation as a strategic transformation advisor.
