Job summary

Prima Group Singapore is seeking a seasoned corporate leader to drive and implement the Group strategy across multiple companies. You will lead major strategic projects, identify growth and efficiency opportunities, and collaborate with senior leadership and department heads across the organization.

The role requires a recognised degree and at least 5 years in a senior capacity, with strong English communication and the ability to navigate diverse country contexts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior corporate leadership role.
• Experience with manufacturing or food manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of cross-country operational contexts and governance.
• Excellent business communication and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Group strategy across the portfolio.
• Lead important strategic projects within the Group.
• Identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with senior leadership teams and department heads across Group companies.
• Conduct financial analysis and support decision making.
• Assist with legal matters as needed.
