Job summary

Socium - Teams Done Differently based in Singapore is seeking a Senior Staff Mobile Engineer to join its Mobile Growth team. You will own the client-side architecture behind user acquisition, referrals, virality, rewards, and ROI-focused funnels for millions of users.

You will lead the evolution of the mobile attribution system and build scalable growth infrastructure, including funnel instrumentation and experiment frameworks, while applying AI-assisted development tools across workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience shipping production systems at scale.
• Deep expertise in growth mechanics and mobile attribution.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted development and data-driven decision making.
• Strong, proactive communication with a point of view and counter-proposals.
• Nice to have: mobile platforms (iOS/Android), or backend growth systems

Responsibilities

• Own client-side architecture for core growth conversion flows (acquisition, referrals, virality, rewards).
• Design and evolve the mobile attribution system end-to-end.
• Build and optimise growth infrastructure, funnel instrumentation, and experiments.
• Collaborate with Product, BD, and local markets to translate goals into engineering plans.
• Apply AI-assisted development consistently across workflows.
