Job summary

CSGROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a result-driven marketer to manage app acquisition campaigns across major platforms, optimizing for high-quality actions and long-term value. You will own attribution across iOS and Android using AppsFlyer or Adjust, and develop privacy-conscious measurement strategies.

The role involves testing new channels, collaborating with Product, Data, CRM and Engineering teams, and driving improvements in activation and engagement throughout the customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Manage app acquisition campaigns across Google App Campaigns, Meta, Apple Search Ads, mobile DSPs and other app-first channels.
• Optimise campaigns towards high-quality customer actions, including registration, KYC completion, deposits, first trades, retention and lifetime value.
• Own app attribution and measurement across iOS and Android using AppsFlyer or Adjust.
• Develop effective approaches to SKAN, ASO, ASA and privacy-led measurement.
• Test new channels, audiences, creatives and optimisation models with clear performance targets.
• Improve the customer journey from app installation through activation and ongoing engagement.
• Manage budgets and external media partners based on customer quality, acquisition cost and commercial returns.
• Work closely with Product, Data, CRM and Engineering teams to improve app performance and measurement.
