Job summary

SID Monitor Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Growth professional to own the top of the funnel for both B2B and B2C channels. You will generate demand, qualify opportunities, and hand confident leads to the Account Executive to close deals.

You'll drive outbound sequences, manage CRM workflows, and experiment with AI-assisted prospecting to maximize pipeline efficiency. The role is based in Singapore with flexibility around non-standard hours due to global signals.

Qualifications

• Experience generating pipeline for B2B SaaS or related markets.
• Ability to grow both B2B and B2C audiences through multiple channels.
• Comfort with AI-assisted prospecting and outbound tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify demand; collaborate with AE to close deals.
• Own outbound sequences, CRM workflows, and AI-assisted prospecting.
• Improve self-serve conversion via messaging, offers, and signup flow.
