Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will translate strategic direction into multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, events, and performance marketing — owning execution end-to-end.

The role collaborates closely with Product, Sales, and Operations and requires a strong data-driven mindset to improve funnel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required.
• 5+ years in marketing or campaign management.
• Experience with multi-channel campaigns and analytics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with external agencies a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, events, and performance channels.
• Translate strategy into campaign plans and roadmaps.
• Own end-to-end campaign delivery from planning to evaluation.
• Develop marketing materials aligned with brand positioning.
• Manage and optimize acquisition channels.
• Monitor performance and boost engagement and conversions.
• Analyze metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Support lead generation and funnel performance.
• Test new channels and growth tactics.
