LEGO Group in Singapore seeks a hands-on Analytics & Insights Partner to act as a strategic commercial advisor, delivering data-driven insights that advise decisions, optimise performance, and drive commercial growth.

Joining the Global Analytics & Insights team, you will combine business insight, analytical expertise, and storytelling to support short-term goals and long-term strategies, with a hybrid work model and a focus on innovation and capability development.

Qualifications

Experienced in data analysis and commercial data insights roles.
Strong leadership, independent working style with influence.
Proficient in data modelling and statistical techniques.
Excellent storytelling to communicate insights to non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory: Collaborate with leadership to develop tailored commercial analytic insights and track key performance metrics.
Performance Analysis & Insights: Provide deep-dive analyses on commercial performance, uncovering actionable insights.
Storytelling: Translate complex data insights into compelling narratives for non-technical partners.
Forecasting & Advanced Analytics: Apply statistical modelling and forecasting tools to anticipate trends and inform strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to influence business decisions and collaborate with regional and global colleagues to drive analytics innovation.
Independent Project Management: Lead ad hoc initiatives, resolve conflicts, and deliver insights with minimal guidance.
