Job summary

AMOS SUPPLY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance lead to oversee group consolidation, month-end closing and group reporting across multiple entities, liaising with external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards.

You will drive cash flow forecasting, partner with regional teams on commercial insights, and mentor a finance team to uphold high standards of reporting and governance within a manufacturing-heavy, operationally complex environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline; professional qualification such as CA, CPA or ACCA is advantageous.
• Strong experience in Group consolidation, financial reporting and month-end closing within a multi-entity environment.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering or another operationally complex environment is preferred.
• Proven exposure to treasury, cash flow management, liquidity planning and banking relationships.
• Proven people management experience with the ability to lead, mentor and develop a finance team.
• Commercially minded, hands-on and adaptable, with strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Group financial consolidation, month-end closing, management reporting across multiple entities and liaise with external auditors during annual audits. Ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Oversee accuracy of cash flow forecasting to support working capital management.
• Be a business partner to the region; provide decision support for commercial matters and insights into business performance.
• Collaborate with the AMOS finance community to ensure high standards of financial reporting within the business.
• Identify opportunities to streamline finance operations, improve reporting efficiency and strengthen governance across the Group.
• Assist Head of Finance in other ad hoc matters.
