Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD invites a hands-on Finance Manager to oversee finance and accounting for manufacturing entities and service centres in Singapore. You will supervise a small team, ensure accurate reporting, and drive sub-group consolidation, inventory accounting, and internal controls while partnering with business leaders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Finance and accounting experience.
• 1) Strong hands-on experience in financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• 2) Strong analytical, problem-solving and financial modelling skills with attention to detail.
• 3) Effective communicator able to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• 4) Independent, proactive, and capable of leading a small finance team.
• 5) Committed to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end closing, management reporting, sub-group consolidation, and balance sheet reviews.
• Oversee inventory accounting, costing, stock provisions, cash flow, and working capital management.
• Coordinate statutory audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Partner with department heads to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and operational targets.
• Analyze financial performance against budgets/forecasts and recommend improvements.
• Support group reporting, strategic initiatives, and ad-hoc analyses as needed.
