Job summary

The Edge Partnership Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee group consolidation, reporting, treasury management and finance transformation across multiple entities.

You will partner with senior management to drive strategic financial insights and governance. Responsibilities include leading month-end closing, overseeing liquidity planning and driving ERP enhancements, automation, and post-acquisition integration.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline; professional qualification advantageous.
• Experience in group consolidation and multi-entity financial reporting.
• Experience in manufacturing or operationally complex environments preferred.
• Exposure to treasury, cash flow management and banking relationships.
• Experience in finance transformation and ERP implementation/optimisation.

Job description

Our client is an established manufacturing group with regional operations and a growing finance transformation agenda. This is a broad-based senior finance role combining Group reporting, treasury, systems transformation and M&A integration, with significant exposure to senior management and business stakeholders.

The successful candidate will play an important role in strengthening the Group's finance platform while supporting the organisation through continued growth and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Group financial consolidation, month-end closing and management reporting across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Oversee treasury activities including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, banking relationships, working capital and funding requirements across the Group.
• Drive finance systems transformation initiatives, including ERP enhancements, process automation, reporting improvements and standardisation of finance processes across entities.
• Support M&A activities from a finance perspective, including financial due diligence, transaction analysis and post-acquisition integration of finance processes, systems, controls and reporting.
• Partner closely with senior management and operational leaders to provide financial insights, strengthen financial controls and support business and investment decisions.
• Lead, manage and develop the finance team, building stronger technical capabilities, accountability and a continuous improvement culture.
• Identify opportunities to streamline finance operations, improve reporting efficiency and strengthen governance across the Group.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline; professional qualification such as CA, CPA or ACCA is advantageous.
• Strong experience in Group consolidation, financial reporting and month-end closing within a multi-entity environment.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering or another operationally complex environment is preferred.
• Proven exposure to treasury, cash flow management, liquidity planning and banking relationships.
• Demonstrated experience in finance transformation, ERP implementation/optimisation, process automation or finance systems improvement.
• Exposure to M&A transactions and/or post-acquisition finance integration would be highly advantageous.
• Proven people management experience with the ability to lead, mentor and develop a finance team.
• Commercially minded, hands-on and adaptable, with strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
