You will manage the holding company and subsidiaries, prepare monthly and year-end group consolidated statements, monitor budgeting and forecasting, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and the Company

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficient with ABSS Accounting software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous and able to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts for Holding Company and subsidiaries.
• Prepare monthly and year-end group consolidated financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare quarterly GST filings, CPF submissions, tax computations.
• Fixed asset management.
• Oversee AR and AP functions ensuring timely processing.
• Prepare audit documents and liaise with auditors and authorities.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as required.
