Job summary

PERSOL TECH SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a finance professional to lead monthly and yearly consolidation of group results, and to deliver robust financial analyses that inform management decisions. You will drive budget variance analyses and prepare timely management reports to support strategic actions.

The role also covers financial oversight for overseas subsidiaries, standardising accounting policies and internal controls, and producing ad hoc performance reports for management review.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or professional qualification; strong analytical mindset required.
• Business acumen with ability to drive improvements through financial insights.
• Experience in budgeting, variance analysis and management reporting desirable.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate monthly and yearly group results.
• Conduct financial analysis of performance and budget variances; advise management on improvements.
• Prepare timely and accurate management reports.
• Provide financial oversight for overseas subsidiaries and standardize policies and internal controls.
