Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee group financial reporting for its subsidiaries in Singapore. You will manage month-end close, journal reviews, and AP/AR, while driving consolidation and statutory accounts to ensure regulatory compliance.

You will also mentor the finance team, conduct analytical reviews of performance, and coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and the Board to address financial matters and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with exposure to SGX reporting.
• Experience in group consolidation; familiarity with SFRS(I) and the Income Tax Act is a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end closing, journal reviews, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting for subsidiaries.
• Provide technical support, mentorship, and guidance to the finance team.
• Prepare group consolidation, forecasts, and statutory accounts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Conduct analytical reviews of subsidiaries’ financial performance.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and the Board on financial matters.
