Job summary

Prima Group Singapore seeks a senior corporate leader to drive strategic development and execution across the Group, coordinating with leadership and multiple companies. You will oversee critical projects, identify growth opportunities, and improve efficiency in manufacturing and distribution while aligning go-to-market strategies and governance.

The role requires language fluency in English and Chinese, a university degree in a related field, and at least five years in a senior capacity.

Qualifications

Job description

• Strategic business development and implementation.
• Leading important projects under the Group (e.g. vertical/horizontal business collaboration, alignment, and expansion to maximize Group synergies, improving efficiency of manufacturing and distribution, implementing critical go-to-market and go-to-customer strategies, etc).
• Identifying opportunities for operational growth and efficiency improvements.
• Coordination with senior leadership teams & department heads across various companies under the Group.
• Reviewing financial statements, analyzing business performance, assessing budgets & forecasts, etc.
• Support legal and compliance matters through overview of strategic operations, internal governance and regulatory oversight cross-company.
• Organizational structuring/restructuring in order to build high-performance teams and encourage cross-functional collaboration.
• Involvement in Group level committees (e.g. Digital Transformation, Learning & Development, Sustainability, etc), which includes brainstorming projects and overseeing the entire process (from planning to execution and post-project learnings) to create a continuous and iterative pipeline of projects.

This extends across Group companies.

Requirements:

• Recognised university degree, preferably in one or more of the following disciplines: Business administration, Economics, Accountancy or Law.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a senior corporate capacity, overseeing things as discussed under Responsibilities.
• Experience in a manufacturing company, especially food manufacturing, is desirable.
• Understanding of different operational contexts in different countries and how to navigate such environments.
• Effectively bilingual (English & Chinese) with excellent verbal and written business communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a strong desire to continuously add value to the organization.
• Confident and outgoing; a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
