Job summary

Prima Group Singapore seeks a senior corporate leader to drive strategic development and execution across the Group, coordinating with leadership and multiple companies. You will oversee critical projects, identify growth opportunities, and improve efficiency in manufacturing and distribution while aligning go-to-market strategies and governance.

The role requires language fluency in English and Chinese, a university degree in a related field, and at least five years in a senior capacity.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a senior corporate capacity.
Experience in a manufacturing company, especially food manufacturing, is desirable.
Understanding of different operational contexts across countries.
Excellent verbal and written business communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

Strategic business development and implementation.
Lead important Group projects (e.g., cross-company collaboration, alignment, and expansion to maximize Group synergies).
Identify opportunities for operational growth and efficiency improvements.
Coordinate with senior leadership teams & department heads across Group companies.
Support governance, regulatory oversight, and cross-group initiatives.
Drive organizational structuring to build high-performance, cross-functional teams.
