Job summary

CHU JIANG ZI PTE. LTD. is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to drive the Group's corporate development, strategic planning and portfolio-management efforts across subsidiaries in Singapore.

The role involves coordinating with holding and subsidiary teams, evaluating new opportunities and preparing strategic recommendations for senior management. Ideal candidates will possess a business-related bachelor’s degree, strong analytical abilities and bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse business performance and prepare management reports.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin required for cross-language communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate development and growth initiatives.

• Monitor the operational and financial performance of subsidiaries and provide recommendations to management.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and expansion projects.
• Coordinate with subsidiary management teams to implement Group strategies and business objectives.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support management decision-making.
• Prepare business performance reports, management presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Support budgeting, business planning and performance review processes across the Group.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects between the holding company and its subsidiaries.
• Support senior management in evaluating new investments and business initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
• Good understanding of business operations, corporate development and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse business performance and prepare management reports.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required, as the role involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking business partners, stakeholders and management teams, as well as reviewing business documents in both languages.
