• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of sales experience in healthcare or life sciences.
• Experience selling capital equipment or complex solutions to executive buyers.
• Experience leading commercial teams across Greater Asia.
• Knowledge of Digital Pathology ecosystems is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver regional growth plans across Digital Pathology and Computational Pathology.
• Develop market development and competitive strategies to increase adoption.
• Serve as executive sponsor for priority opportunities and guide discovery, design and negotiation.
• Drive funnel management, revenue forecasting and Salesforce processes.
• Partner cross‑functionally to ensure clinically relevant, commercially viable solutions.
• Translate market intelligence into regional priorities and growth programs.
• Recruit, onboard and develop commercial associates within the Danaher system.
