Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Graphics Supplies Product Engineer to coordinate and lead activities with internal and outsourced development and manufacturing partners for the worldwide manufacture of a product from new‑product introduction through end of lifecycle.

You will perform engineering analysis of defective units, evaluate customer feedback and QA results, communicate issues to stakeholders, and mentor junior staff while driving improvements to reduce defects and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Typically 4–6 years experience.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Mastery of English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead activities of development and manufacturing partners for worldwide product manufacture from New Product Introduction through end of lifecycle.
• Perform engineering analysis of defective units and evaluate customer feedback and QA results.
• Communicate product and process issue analysis to stakeholders and collaborate with partners to implement changes to reduce defects and costs.
• Represent the product engineering team in large, complex development and manufacturing projects; mentor less‑experienced staff.
