The role involves designing and implementing operational processes, managing projects with technology integration, developing policies, engaging stakeholders, analyzing data and preparing reports, and serving as the team secretariat.

Qualifications

• Manager: 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in grants, operations, project management, or system development.
• Senior Manager: at least 6 years of relevant work experience in grants, operations, project management, or system development.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in systems and design thinking methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and across teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement operational processes to support incentive programmes.
