Job summary

Asia Community Foundation (ACF) is a Singapore-headquartered independent giving platform accelerating philanthropy in Asia. We seek a Senior Associate/Associate to support grantmaking and impact across diverse social issues and geographies in Asia.

Reporting to the Grantmaking Operations Director, you will help manage the grant lifecycle, support due diligence, and contribute to operations, knowledge management, and cross-functional collaboration to advance ACF’s mission.

Qualifications

• At least two years of relevant nonprofit or social impact experience.
• Interest in building a career in philanthropy.
• Experience in relationship-focused roles and exposure to philanthropy is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; additional Southeast Asian language is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with compliance awareness.
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Resourceful self-starter who can work independently with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to support additional administrative or project tasks.

Responsibilities

• Grant Administration: manage grant lifecycle, onboarding partners, issueing and tracking grant agreements, and overseeing disbursements and reporting.
• Operations and Knowledge Support: conduct research, prepare materials, support events, and contribute to knowledge development for the team.
