Job summary

Asia Community Foundation (ACF) is building Shared Impact Philanthropy (ShIP), a regional platform that enables donors, funders, and nonprofits to collaborate with shared systems and governance. The Senior Manager will shape strategy, oversee platform operations, and lead a high‑performing team across Asia.

Reporting to the Deputy Executive Director, you will drive end‑to‑end project delivery, ensure governance and compliance, and represent ShIP with senior funders and partners to grow impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in grant management, fund management, or philanthropy.
• Proven leadership with building and guiding high‑performing operations teams.
• Strong strategic thinking to shape platform development and organisational growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to engage senior funders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Shape ShIP’s strategic direction and service models.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of hosted funds and projects with high quality outcomes.
• Lead onboarding of funders, grantees, and hosted projects.
• Manage budgeting, compliance, reporting, and governance for ShIP.
• Represent ShIP externally at sector events and with partners.
