Job summary

The Community Foundation of Singapore is seeking a seasoned operational leader to oversee donor due diligence, onboarding, and grants processing. You will guide policy design, risk controls, and cross-functional collaboration to support accountability and impact.

Leading a team to ensure timely donor onboarding, due diligence reviews, and accurate grant transactions, you will align operations with governance standards and PDPA requirements while driving efficiency and strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Ability to align technology initiatives with organizational mission and long-term strategy.
• Experience supporting digital innovation in a non-profit environment.
• Strong people management skills to lead and motivate Ops teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership of donor due diligence, onboarding, grants and donations processing functions.
• Oversee compliance, governance, and efficiency of due diligence checks, onboarding procedures, and grant management.
• Lead risk management, cross-department collaboration, and adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Provide reports to Senior Management, the Board, and regulators on DDD, compliance status, and audit outcomes.
• Support Data Protection Office in PDPA compliance and data framework initiatives.
