Job summary

Asia Community Foundation (ACF) is seeking a Senior Associate/Associate to support the Grantmaking & Impact team in Singapore. The role focuses on the grant lifecycle, due diligence, and coordination of administrative tasks to enable effective partnerships and impact across Asia.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in nonprofit or social impact, and strong English communication. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to contribute to program development and donor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and support problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional Southeast Asian language is an advantage.
• Demonstrated interest in philanthropy and social impact.

Responsibilities

• Support grant lifecycle and grant administration activities across portfolios.
• Prepare, issue, and track grant agreements with social impact partners.
• Oversee grant disbursements and reporting schedules to ensure continuity.
• Assist knowledge development with research summaries and partner profiles.
• Coordinate internal and external communications and events related to program initiatives.
