The Graduate Solutions Engineer Program is designed to develop the next generation of engineering leaders for smart buildings, data centers, and mission-critical infrastructure. Through a structured rotational program, participants will build deep technical expertise across multiple engineering disciplines while gaining practical experience in energy efficiency, digital technologies, controls, HVAC systems, and mission-critical environments. During the 18-month rotational program, you will work alongside experienced engineers and subject matter experts, gaining hands‑on experience across electrical, mechanical, controls, and digital domains. The program is designed to strengthen core engineering fundamentals, cultivate multidisciplinary problem‑solving capabilities, and equip participants with the skills to design and deliver integrated solutions for increasingly complex customer challenges.
Graduating student or recent graduate with a degree background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Infrastructure and Project Management, Urban Systems/Energy Management, or a related field, with up to 2 years of experience. A strong interest in sustainability and a desire to learn and apply concepts related to smart building solutions that encompass multidisciplinary engagements Robust analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills, with a capability to approach challenges from both electrical and mechanical perspectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to facilitate teamwork across engineering disciplines. Able to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic work environment, adapting to evolving project needs. Shortlisted candidates will participate in a video interview and an assessment center to showcase their skills and fit for the role
