Job summary

Johnson Controls in Singapore seeks a Project Manager to deliver smart building infrastructure projects end-to-end. You will lead planning, coordination, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and handover of ELV, ICT, and BMS systems within live construction sites.

You will collaborate with main contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while driving on-schedule delivery and handover readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• BCA Construction Safety Course for Project Managers.
• Green Mark Manager, WiredScore, SmartScore, or similar smart building credentials.
• 10+ years of experience managing construction-related technology or system integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ELV, ICT, and smart building systems within live construction environments.
• Coordinate with main contractors, architects, MEP consultants, civil teams, and trade contractors to align scope with schedules.
• Manage full project lifecycle from design coordination through commissioning and handover.
• Oversee testing,C SIT/UAT and documentation delivery (as-builts, O&M manuals, cybersecurity).
• Ensure integration of technology with architectural, structural, and MEP provisions, including safety and quality controls.
