Johnson Controls Singapore invites graduates to join the Graduate Solutions Engineer Program, an 18‑month rotation through BMS, HVAC and digital delivery teams. You will gain hands‑on experience across electrical, mechanical, controls and digital domains, while delivering integrated energy management solutions for critical facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduating student or recent graduate with relevant degree up to 2 years of experience.
• Strong interest in sustainability and smart building solutions.
• Analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across disciplines.
• Ability to collaborate in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
• Shortlisted candidates will participate in video interview and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Join BMS Project/Service team to design and implement control programming for new or existing BMS sites.
• Engage HVAC Energy Solution/Service teams to perform chiller reviews, audits and maintenance.
• Contribute to digital delivery and OpenBlue solution implementation.
• Participate in Data Center and mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with external organizations through JCI Innovation Center research initiatives.
• Undertake a full cycle project in the final year of the program.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration to drive innovative building systems and data center solutions.
• Receive mentoring from experienced engineers to accelerate development.
• Stay informed on industry trends in electrical and mechanical fields.
