Job summary

WongPartnership LLP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator/Senior Administrator to join our Human Capital team in Singapore. You will support graduate recruitment and internship programmes, working closely with internal stakeholders to recruit early-career talent.

You will also handle campus relations, coordinate recruitment events, manage ATS pipelines, onboarding/offboarding of interns, and contribute to ad hoc HR projects within a collaborative firm-wide environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, HR, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant recruitment/HR experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, with initiative.
• Collaborative team player across functions.
• Tech-savvy with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Genuine passion for recruitment and early-career development.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end management of graduate recruitment and internship programmes.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment activities and events.
• Manage candidate pipelines and monitor ATS progress.
• Handle day-to-day recruitment admin including onboarding of interns.
• Maintain relationships with universities and law schools.
• Assist campus publicity and recruitment campaigns.
• Maintain documentation of candidate applications and activities.
• Support other ad-hoc HR functions.
