Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science/IT or related discipline.
• 1 year IT support or financial institution experience preferred; fresh grads welcome.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL and ability to read stored procedures.
• Strong knowledge of security best practices in application reliability.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English for liaison with Head Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation scripts to reduce manual toil.
• Create and maintain customized scripts for report generation.
• Document runbooks, troubleshooting guides and best practices.
• IT project support as required.
• IT asset management including replacement and maintenance.
• Perform hardware/user access setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for desktop and IT devices.
• Assess IT issues, determine solutions and liaise with end users and Head Office for investigation/request.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
