Media Management
  • Conceptualise and execute media announcements, including developing media kits, press releases, spokesperson briefing documents, and speeches.
  • Visualise infographics for media storytelling.
  • Build relationship with key stakeholders (media, partners) and maintain media contact list and databases.
  • Manage crisis and issues.
  • Track publicity outcomes and evaluate impact to the hospital.
Content Production
  • Create, edit, and manage high-quality content for various platforms, including social media and websites.
  • Develop employer-branding and patient care‑centric stories to build engagement.
  • Ensure content aligns with the hospital's tone, branding, and strategic objectives.
