Job summary

INTELLIVISION TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead Google Search and YouTube campaigns from our Singapore office near Tai Seng MRT.

The role demands at least five years in advertising operations with deep Google ecosystem expertise and hands-on asset optimization for Performance Max. You will manage budgets, drive ROI, and collaborate with creative teams to maximize conversions. Experience across TikTok, Ocean Engine, and Meta Ads is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in advertising operations with heavy focus on Google ecosystem advertising (Search, Performance Max, and YouTube).
• Experience in 3C, e-commerce, internet products, or cross-border advertising is a strong advantage.
• Core expertise in Google Ads—advanced Search campaign architectures, Performance Max asset group optimization, and YouTube ad funnels.
• Familiarity with TikTok Ads, Ocean Engine, and Meta Ads for supplementary traffic sources.
• Strong data analysis skills with advanced familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and analytics tools.
• Strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; experience in team leadership or agency management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual advertising strategies focusing on Google search and video channels.
• Manage monthly advertising budgets with ROI and performance targets.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of Google Ads, optimize Search campaigns, scale Performance Max, and manage YouTube campaigns.
• Maintain oversight of secondary platforms (TikTok Ads, Ocean Engine, Meta Ads) as supplementary sources.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance and funnel metrics; prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with creative and product teams to guide video ad concepts and landing page optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Google algorithm/policy changes; explore new features.
