Job summary

JOYWAY PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to support planning and execution of SEM campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads across Search, Display, and Performance Max. You will help with keyword research, ad copy, audience targeting and reporting to drive leads and conversions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant digital marketing experience preferred.
• Basic working knowledge of Google Ads and digital advertising platforms.
• Good written and verbal communication; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, setting up and managing SEM campaigns, primarily Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max and other campaign types as required).
• Assist with keyword research, ad copy preparation, audience targeting and campaign account structure.
• Monitor campaign performance and assist with routine adjustments to improve leads, conversions and overall campaign performance.
• Support communication with clients through email, phone calls and video meetings to understand their business objectives, marketing requirements and concerns.
• Assist in translating client requirements into practical digital marketing activities and campaign recommendations.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and assist in presenting key results, observations and next steps to clients.
• Respond to routine client enquiries and follow up on campaign-related matters under the guidance of senior team members.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including design, web, content and account management, to support campaign execution and meet project timelines.
• Assist with SEO activities such as keyword research, on-page optimisation, content recommendations and performance tracking.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to support digital marketing campaigns and client proposals.
• Assist with preparing marketing materials, presentations and campaign-related documents when required.
• Keep up to date with Google Ads platform updates, digital advertising trends and relevant industry developments.
• Provide general support to the marketing team in carrying out digital marketing campaigns, administrative tasks and other marketing activities as assigned.
