AbbVie is a leading biopharmaceutical company seeking a Warehouse Specialist to manage physical and system activities for materials movement, inventory transactions and documentation. The role covers receiving, staging, storage under GMP controls, and shipping within a compliant plant environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain, ITE or an equivalent.
• Good interpersonal and computer literacy skills.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in GMP warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Able to adapt to changing work schedules and hours including overtime when required.
• Possessing a valid forklift license and able to operate Reach Truck and VNA will be an advantage.
• Prior experience working with SAP and MES system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bulk tanker deliveries with Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing and QC.
• Unloading cargo, goods receipt into SAP, and put away materials.
• Inspect GMP documents and ensure compliance with vendor lists.
• Perform FIFO/E‑FIFO staging of materials per process orders and expiry dates.
• Update SAP and WMS/RF transactions to optimize inventory flow.
• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment safely.
• Assist in inventory discrepancy investigations and SOP development.
