Job summary

AbbVie in Singapore is seeking an experienced pharma manufacturing operator to execute drug product manufacturing processes in strict cGMP compliance, aligned with production schedules. • Minimum 8+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, batch record documentation, and deviation management.
• Hands-on experience with drug product manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Good communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced GMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute drug product manufacturing operations including dispensing, blending, granulation, compression, coating and filling.
• Operate and perform basic maintenance on pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment
• Complete batch records, logbooks, and GMP documentation accurately and in real-time
• Perform in-process controls, sampling, and checks as specified in batch records
• Maintain cleanliness and GMP compliance in production areas
• Identify and report process deviations, equipment malfunctions, and safety concerns
• Participate in equipment qualification and cleaning validation activities
• Attend and apply GMP training programs
