Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on handyman or facilities technician experience, preferably GMP/pharma setting.
• Able to perform mechanical, plumbing and basic electrical repairs.
• Able to document defects clearly for snag lists and file safety paperwork.
• Strong safety awareness per WSHA guidelines and RA protocols.

Responsibilities

• Enforce vendor safety compliance and document toolbox meetings; ensure permits to work and proper procedures.
• Conduct greenfield handover inspections and maintain a clear snag list tracker.
• Oversee vendor hosting and supervision; ensure work meets quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and daily facility inspections; respond to emergencies.
