Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Technician to execute daily handyman tasks and supervise third-party vendors at a GMP pharmaceutical facility in Singapore. You will identify and report snag list items during greenfield handover and enforce mandatory safety briefings before work begins.

Responsibilities include vendor hosting, tool-box documentation, maintenance tasks, and site inspections of critical assets like door seals and drains. Strong WSHA knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on experience as handyman or facilities technician.
• Experience on greenfield site handover or GMP pharma/biopharma facility preferred.
• Ability to document defects clearly for snag list with safety paperwork.
• Familiar with WSHA guidelines and risk assessment protocols in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Enforce vendor safety by ensuring Toolbox Meetings before work.
• Maintain and file vendor toolbox sheets for audit readiness.
• Ensure permits to work and safety checks are completed.
• Perform greenfield handover inspections and record snag list items.
• Oversee handyman maintenance and basic repairs on site.
