Job summary

JOBLINE RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide on-site and remote support for desktop and infrastructure services. You will assist with market data and trading platforms, coordinate with backend teams on incidents, and support voice and video conferencing systems.

The role requires 2.5 years of desktop support experience, strong communication, and working knowledge of AD, Group Policy, and Windows OS. Onsite duties and after-hours standby may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/ Diploma in information Technology.
• 2.5+ years of administration and desktop support experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience with end-user computing environment and desktop support workflows.
• Basic network troubleshooting: Telnet, tracert, DNS, IP blocking (McAfee).
• Understand AD, Group Policy, proxy settings, Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st- and 2nd-level onsite and remote support for Global Markets infrastructure services.
• Support market data and transaction systems and related platforms.
• Coordinate with backend teams for incidents, requests, escalations and follow-ups.
• Support voice systems (IPC, Avaya, Cisco) and video conferencing rooms.
• Maintain inventory and perform hardware moves, changes, and preventive maintenance.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding documentation and compliance requests.
• Perform routine server room checks and floor walks.
